Within the Kingdom of Bahrain, Oxy and Mubadala Development Company have signed a Development and Production Sharing Agreement with the National Oil and Gas Authority of Bahrain (NOGA) for further development of the onshore Bahrain Field. Under this agreement, a new joint operating company, Tatweer Petroleum, has been formed to serve as operator for the project.
Oxy is also working with Bahrain Petroleum Company and NOGA to further explore offshore Blocks 1, 3 and 4 in the Kingdom.
